Call me crazy, but i would possibly (ol' lady willing) send you a stack of $20's in a padded envelope for one of them, only catches is you would have to let one go for $750. Your move old timer.

Greetings,

i'm crazy, lazy, enough to almost take that offer honestly. I've let this thread slip, but i do need to find a fair way to do the exchange. These cards are just sitting on my shelf.

The main issue as a buyer is there’s no way to ensure the cards are working or not since they are unopened.
Since you won’t take any risk and use PayPal or anything like that, all the risk falls on the buyer.

The fact that you’re putting all the risk into us makes it very unlikely you’ll sell these unless locally.

I’d really consider them at $750 but with no protection on my end I wouldn’t chance it.
I’m less concerned with you sending a an actual brick and more with it being a dead card that I’d be stuck with.

Forgive my intrusion, but with all the talk about sending cheques & cash through mail, I'm just curious,

Is there no safe Bank to Bank digital transaction option?

It might be asking a lot, but I would assume if i'm gonna give the Seller a good bit of trust, he would return the favor, so if it is a DOA card, i could either get the other one, or just get a refund.

Unless these were purchased in the Fall of 2018, they likely both have Samsung memory. I had one of the micron 2080 Ti cards (it died...) and the replacement they sent me (in 2019) was Samsung. Cards that other users bought which were produced in 2019 all seem to have Samsung as well.

I would have loved to buy both of these to replace my Titan V but I don't want to send 2k through the mail either, let me know if you would take chase quickpay. Is there a way to tell which memory you have without visibly looking at a card that's packed into a waterblock installed on a computer?

I'm not 100% positive here, but on the earlier 2080 Ti's from 2018, the 6th and 7th digits of the serial number were "18". On the RMA I received last year with Samsung memory, the 6th and 7th serial numbers are "19".
