looking forward to switch mini, first hand held since GBc.
Also looking forward to it, although not for me but for my kids - since they are not really easy on electronics yet... I think it's a cool idea and a logical 3ds replacement for ninty. You will have a blast with it!

Actually just picked up a second switch for my wife and we have been playing Dragon Quest Builders 2 religiously for the last week or so.

No intention of buying a Light Switch but it's a really good idea... I just think it's odd how the price has not gone down on the OG switch.

The Light Switch should be about $180 and the OG Switch should be $250. They should also mark down their dock for Light Switch users who wish to upgrade. So they can upgrade, without breaking the bank.

I almost exclusively use the Switch as a mobile device. Not for "on the go" but just so I have my own display. I don't always have access to the TV or possibly I want to play Mario Maker while having Netflix running in the background.

Hope this Switch Pro retains its ability to SWITCH

At a guess (and hope) i would assume the Switch pro will be slightly bigger, better resolution and the normal things you would expect from a Pro version of any console.

Hopefully it's not bigger...

I would love the following (in order of priority):
- OLED Screen / smaller bezels
- 4K Native output from Dock
- Better battery (like the revised OG Switch that was just released)
- 1080p Mobile display
- Larger internal storage (256gb)

I would even forgo all the other features... just for the OLED. It will make a huge impact.
4K would the next best thing but it would be necessary from the dock.
Mobile can still be 720p but 1080p would be a nice bonus...

Think you're expecting WAY too much from Nintendo.

I may also just squeeze the trigger on a used current gen full switch kit, but then I'd be mad at myself for not waiting on the refresh with better battery life.

Wishful hopes and dreams... nothing more

I don't expect anything but if they do revise the switch, they should tackle some of those points.

They tend to go with the minor updates, high price tactic. So i expect to see a bigger screen. people would be angry at a "Pro" that isnt bigger. Myabe improved visuals but not by a big margin, maybe a slight resolution improvement but nothing that will take it too far away from the original Switch.

I actually ended up trading in my switch for the V2 model at game stop. They are giving 225 for used switches and I had a bunch of game stop cards so the total cost for me was about a dollar fifty out of pocket. I figured mine was beat up after a few years of use and I was looking into some new joy cons and this actually cost about the same, plus I get a new warranty and a cooler quieter running switch with more battery life.

I transferred my profile to my wife's temporarily then wiped mine. When I got the new one home I transferred back, and I kept all my save files. Just had to re-download the games I'm playing now. Strangely enough it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a game stop.
