Moo is not high memory bandwidth dependent so you can turn your memory clock down as low as 500. That will keep her nice and cool and possibly allow for a higher core clock, trimming slightly more run time.
I have mine turned down to 800.
If moo is getting more cpu time than it should, try changing the 4 to 9 under:
in the "dnetc-1.00.ini", found in the moo folder.
