Razer left a m.2 drive wedged against my batter after service

So I sent my computer back to be fixed. It just bricked randomly. Get the computer back all is well. Yesterday I notice my trackpad bulging, and I'm like what is going on. So I take the back cover off and there is an m.2 drive wedged between the back cover and battery and the battery is showing extreme swelling. I'm like okay that is not normal, so I set up a chat with razer and the guy is like I need to escalate. I sent them pictures and everything (My guess is its a diagnostic drive they use) and he escalated.

Level 2 came back completely ignoring the fact that they left a foreign object in my computer and said they would replace the batter but I would have to pay 130 for shipping and diagnostics. I was like I'm not paying you to make sure you didn't royally screw up my laptop and lessen the time I have with a working device.

So we shall see where this goes.

Edit: attached one of the pics thats where the drive was. It looked a lot worse when i first took it off as you could see the presure the drive was putting on battery. I of course tried to boot the drive in a nother pc but it was password locked. I won't break in unless they tell me its not there drive.

Woah. Weird. I've heard of worse and stranger things happening though. Hope you get it all sorted out in the end.

Hi,
So something is wrong with the battery now ?

If not format the m.2 and see if you can use it or not

The battery is all bloated and it caused my case to warp and the track pad as well. Its password protected but only a 128gb drive. If they refuse to help me I'm going to break into the drive and see what kind of diagnostic stuf they have on it as I assume thats what it is.

On the plus side it's NVMe so it should offer decent performance.
