So I've decided on buying an H100 for a new cooler, but now I just want to make sure I can actually use it. Anyone have experience with this case and cooler? I tried searching high and dry in the storm scout thread and couldn't find any info, so sorry if this has already been asked.

go to corsairs website
look for the H100, get the rad length (its there as I have looked it up before) and width. You might need to estimate the pipe length if it matters.
If you want, make a cardboard box to simulate the size, and move it arnd the case to see where it can fit (You have the Storm scout, so it shouldn't be a problem)

Alright thanks for the idea, I'm gonna start messing with that hopefully someone else will see and just give me an easy answer and save me the work biggrin.gif (man I'm too lazy) Off to measure!

Edit: I just took a spare 120mm fan I had laying around and looked where I could fit two next to each other in the case.....no where. frown.gif

Here are some pics of my build
Corsair H100 retrofitted inside a CM storm scout
The last pic is from a member in the storm scout club
I think he fitted a rasa kit in his build
I based by cutting from his
At first i was thinking of mounting it on the top part inside the case but i dont have clearance for a push-pull setup.
Cooling is excellent
Cpu OC @ 5.0ghz
Idle temp @ 22C
Load temp @ 62-64C
Prime95 for 24hrs

^^^

Why I went with an H70 in mine. I need the hard drive bays for the media pc it houses. (And if you use the H70, you can only mount 1 fan in the door, lower due to obstruction up top.

Thanks to the Lian Li drive cage I added, I can fit in 4 more hard drives (only have 3 free sata ports though).

Really good job Supremo...you can push-pull this h100 in a storm scout. I was thinking to cut bottom of case but i don't wanna loose hdd space so that why i cut top of my case. I can only pull my h100 but anyway i got more than enough cooling from it.
