Smallest case for full atx?

What is the smallest possible case for a full atx motherboard? Need to find that one.

Without thinking a whole lot, the Jonsbo/Cooltek U4 immediately comes to mind, though I reckon you could find even more compact ones from boutique brands.

Do you think a custom one could be built, perhaps out of wood, that would be really small? Even smaller than the case you mentioned. I'd like there to really only be just enough room for the components. Maybe some of the components could stick out, to save space. Like the power supply and CPU cooler. Looking for the smallest form possible.

I am going for the fractal designs meshify c myself as for the size you get atx and can mount a dual rad.

The smallest one, as far as I know, is the Cerberus X, its only 19.4L in volume. So its a proper SFF case, very pricey tho.

Edit: and at 40.2L, neither is the Meshify C.

People bring it up because it's a small ATX case that can take a standard ATX PSU, ATX motherboard, and a full size GPU that doesn't cost more than some people's entire systems

I'd take that Slinger case over the CR1080 any day (I think the CR1080 is fugly), but I'd never spend $250+ on a case.

Probably Define C / Meshify C. It is really small, but still has plenty of room for huge stuff like the NH-D14 and supports full ATX as well.

Sure, and tbh, neither would I. But he asked for the smallest possible ATX case, which the Cerberus X is(as far as I know). And it can still accept all full size components as well, depending on the config.

But even among more affordable cases, there are smaller ones than the CR1080, the Jonsbo U4(29.8L) has already been mentioned, will list some below.

There are affordable ones:
  • Raijintek Thetis(27.7L)
  • SilverStone Grandia GD09B/GD10B (26.8L/27.4L)
  • Thermaltake Core G3(23.6L)(only 2 pcie slots)

And even budget ones:
  • Raijintek Arcadia II(29.6L)
  • Kolink Inspire K1 RGB(25.11L)
  • Xigmatek Prospect(22.2L)
  • And a bunch more generic looking ones.

There's also the Streacom F12C(25.9L), which is a really nice looking case. but its about as expensive as the Cerberus X.
