Overclocking CPU Gigabyte AB350N Gaming WiFi

Does anyone know what the optimum BIOS version is for CPU overclocking the CPU. My 3.95Ghz CPU overclocking has been fine for a while, but when i recently upgraded the BIOS F42a the CPU is crashing every time on initial Windows10 boot. Using a Gigabyte AB350N Gaming WiFi Motherboard

Set Up:
Gigabyte AB350N Gaming WiFi Motherboard
Twin-Fan Air Cooled EVGA GeForce GTX 1080ti
2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance PRO DDR4 3200MHz RAM Air Cooled with Corsair Vengeance Airflow
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 8-Core Overclocked to 3.95Ghz with Corsair Hydro Series H75 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Samsung 500GB M.2 SSD
Twin Fan (Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM) Air Cooled VRMs

Ive done the same but on 1700x and them all the problems started first bios battery died now whole mobo is bricked. It just didnt power on at all after few weeks. I also upgrade the bios in the meantime. Did u manually set all voltages or you had it on auto? Maybe the bios upgrade bricks something or the voltages bricked mobo? If i were you i would return to stock and be happy this mobo has weak vrm for OC but please prove me wrong i am a newbie.

Sorry for typos writing from Phone tomorrow i can provide more detailed info.
