TjMax is 98 C. It's good practice to keep it below 80C at all times. 61C is no reason to be concerned of worried.

You should over-volt it a little, and push it faster! :-D

What can you do to reduce temp? That is too open-ended of a question for me to give useful advise. You have to be more specific, like "how can i approve airflow in a _______ case" or "what heat-sink or thermal paste will improve my temps, i am currently using ______".

Make it more stable? Over-volt it if it's unstable.

Make it more safe? Judging by your temps, your safe.
