Exclamation Spacing problem in posts (CONFIRMED)

Since we transitioned to vBulletin in January I've been adding a line space after a quote before I start writing because the spacing isn't sufficient in my opinion. The problem is that recently the system is adding four line spaces on its own whenever I do that, which means I have to go back and edit the post to remove the extra ones. Also, it's adding extra spaces in normal posts between paragraphs too.

I have reported a similar issue to the devs yesterday which may fix this issue, if not then we will revisit this.

I'm still experiencing the issue as of today. As soon as I make a paragraph, three spaces are added, instead of just one.

I can see the problem and correct it before posting if I switch editor mode (the A/A button on the top right corner of the edit box); I can then remove the extra spaces in that simpler mode before posting. It's very inconvenient and time wasting to have to do this every single time I write a post with more than one paragraph.

Needless to say, I had to do the above with this post.

This is something I am able to replicate, I will make a note of this and speak to the Devs about a fix that may well happen at the same time we switch to the Advanced Editor, no strict ETA on that just yet.

It's definitely an issue. In reply if you put in one extra line break in between paragraphs it ends up being a huge space.

As a test it will be interesting to see how many extra lines get put between....

My sentences as I have only put in one when writing this...

Beautiful statement.

edit: weird I get an opposite problem where my break after the quote is removed, unless I'm misunderstanding the issue.
