This is just great... after all this time I decided to look for the info above to finally reflect the changes in my rig that I had made months ago. So, I disabled the rig from being shown, saved, then re-enabled it.

The problem is, this marvellous forum software deleted my rig along the way, so now there is nothing to show (except for a hypothetical rig I made in 2013 for a competition here on OCN).

Awesome.

Sorry guys. Wish we could fix it but at this point, it is just not going to happen. It is likely that when the migration takes place which is likely 2020 sometime that ''Rig Builder'' will come back in possibly name only and will function differently than it does now. Closer to the time I will be prioritizing features that we would like to see return to the forum once we migrate. Yes you likely noticed that language ''We would like''. Depending upon on the new platform and resources we may not get ALL of the features that we are accustomed to. Upon migration it is highly likely that some of the systems will not be in place and these will come back at a later date, such things as Rig Builder and the REP system specifically but will likely also include the user award system. This all comes down to VS resources and decisions made at their end.

I will delegate the feature priorities to VS and will work with them on the new platform at a later date to make the migration as painless as possible but in reality OCN will launch in a more bare bones state and be re-worked from the ground up, just fair warning.

Well....that isn't the best news of the day.

Sorry to say it but VS is slowly, but surely killing this site. It's such a shame....what once was a "check every few hours" visits has now turned to once or twice a day. From the sounds of the changes coming...if things get worse, my visitation time will become less and less.

No offense to you Enterprise, you've done the best you could do given the limited tools and resources at your disposal.

Just sad and mad really.

Oh dear, so the gloves are off in plain sight this time, they are going to make the forum worse. It will not survive another round like the last one, much less a worse one that will strip OCN of its identity. Why don't they just close it? Donate the contents to the Internet Archive and be done with it. How many people without an ad-blocker visit this site anyway?

Unfortunately this is the case. I am stuck with the tools that I have and that is not a lot these days, at least not until migration to another platform, and even then some of out requests will be subject to VS oversight, so I can no longer make any promises regarding features etc.
