Is this bug squashed?

Running Firefox 66.0.3 on Linux, and the issue seems to have disappeared in the last couple of days.

*Edit* Spoke too soon. A single enter looks like it does a line break, but then anything else starts adding spaces.
Before it would add spaces every time I hit enter, but now it seems to just add an extra space if enter is pressed more than once.

This bug is no longer being looked into until the next iteration of OCN. My goal was to replace the editor completely with CKE but unfortunately after working with BFRD, it seems the platform is just too old and their is custom work required to make CKE work, which yielded unreliable results, so that had to be mothballed.

...just as a quick 'fyi', I have the same reported spacing issues when using Firefox, but not with Google Chrome
