You have an x58 setup, how do you not see there are 6 dimm slots? poke.gif

I have Mcdonald's fries, but at home, I only have packets of Burger King ketchup.
Will the food still work even though they're not compatible models?

guys what do you think? I must stay with 24 gb kit kingston 1600 genesis 150$ or to buy cheap single modules 1333 6 x 8gb 200-230$ for asus px58d-e...

for 3d modeling, photoshop , in future for video montage

Just to throw my two cents in, I have an MSI x58 Pro and just bought 48gb of ram (3 of these) and it works great!

Thanks OP for making this thread. I'm not sure I would have chanced buying all that ram if I didn't have a good feeling about it =)
