Max RAM voltage question

My two sticks of g.skill ddr4 4266 cl19 (Manually timed/clocked at 15-16-16-28-1t at 4046MHz 1.52v) have never exceeded 33c. They are of course in the g.skill heatsinks, and have direct airflow from my intake fans at the top. My question is, how far can I theoretically push the vdimm or at what temperature does high voltage start to become a concern?

DDR4 can probably handle more voltage but your IMC can't. I draw the line at 1.5v but my RAM doesn't scale past ~1.42v anyway.

Intel says 1.35v or lower if you want a wet blanket.

Intel i9 9900K Coffee Lake @ X8 5309mhz (+47.5%)
AMD FX-8320 Vishera @ X4 5022mhz (+43.5%)
Intel i5 4690K Haswell @ X4 5013mhz (+43.2%)
AMD X4 960T Zosma @ X6 4870mhz (+62.3%)
Intel i7 6700 Skylake @ X4 4709mhz (+38.5%)
Intel i5 6400 Skylake @ X4 4588mhz (+69.9%)

Lol I see, ya I tried to scale back the vdimm to a flat 1.5v but I do actually need it to run at these clocks so I'm just gonna stick it out with the 1.52v. Ty for the response

For the ram? You won't kill the ram with voltage. The voltage regulator and memory controller is the thing we worry about. Not sure if your regulator/MC is on the CPU or the board but either way it can degrade like the rest of the system's components.
Intel recommends a max of 1.5v and will not grant XMP above 1.5v. 1.52v would be safe in my mind but pushing past that will likely degrade things at a much faster rate.

33'C and 1.52v is fine. G. Skill sells ram that is 1.5v for ddr4.

I figured what I had was fine, I was just wondering if I could go further. The need to tune something in my system is an insatiable hunger if I know I can go farther.

I think I'm confused, actually. VCCIO is the voltage to the memory controller right? vDimm is the voltage supplied to the memory sticks through the motherboard, if I'm not worried about voltage killing the ram sticks then I could take my vdimm higher right? If I'm leaving the vccio/vcssa at their current or max voltages, I mean.

Just got that done, but I'm a bit confused on how vdimm effects the IMC still
