I keep getting BSOD, what are some good settings?

I am currently running a system with these specs

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus M (Supports 3200MHz OC)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: HyperX Predator 2x 4GB 3200MHz

Everytime I try to OC using X.M.P the computer gets a BSOD
and it happens pretty fast.
There are two profiles.
Profile 1 at 3000MHz 1.35V

Profile 2 at 3200MHz 1.35V

Windows 10 with all the updates
Most recent BIOS update

And I am currently running the system without any OC at 2400MHz *sad face*

Also the GPU temps aren't accurate, the temps are at 30 ish.

This is how I placed the RAM in the MOBO
Code:
[|][|][][]
and it did run for longer at Profile 1 than when I had the RAM like this
Code:
[|][][|][]
Anyways, I keep getting blue screens, I really want at least 3000MHz
does anyone know of any good settings?
