Wonderful RMA Experience with G.Skill

My RAM in my sig rig (F4-3200C14D-32GTZR) bluescreened, then the PC wouldn't POST higher than 2933mhz. I ran HCI Memtest to confirm it was bad as it had previously worked fine at XMP in my X370 Taichi / 1700 and C7H Hero Wifi AC / 2700x. I contacted G.Skill early last week explaining that asking for an RMA in the evening. The next morning I had the RMA number generated and a shipping address to send back.

They received it 3/1 in California. I had it delivered in my mailbox in Pennsylvania on 3/8. The quick turnaround in generating the RMA and receiving the product back I considered to be really good. A lot more refreshing experience than my RMA with OCZ RAM a while back where they sent faulty RAM back. This RAM is tested and obviously working.

tl;dr Don't hesitate to buy G.Skill!

In this day and age of "buy more, you save more," it's always great to hear about positive support experiences

In recent years I have had excellent RMA experience with Google, Microsoft, EVGA. Most people that have a bad experience are in the wrong. Funny thing is that all 3 RMAs I had could have easily been overturned but they were all generous to keep a customer happy.
