Plenty of people have been running 1.5v but the sa\io may be a little high.

AFAIK, its not wise or recommended to run vccio/vccsa over 1.25v on a 24/7 basis.

Do you have these values set to AUTO in your bios? The amount of necessary vccio/vccsa will differ based on your CPU imc quality, but you should probably be able to pull those values down unless you've already manually set them and tested for stability.

For reference im running DDR4 4300 c19 @ 1.46vdimm 1.24v for vccio and vccsa

You shouldn't need more than 1.3v VCCIO/SA on ambient cooling. I'm at 1.2v for 4133-4200.

vDIMM is fine at 1.5v, just keep it cool. Otherwise stable RAM can be unstable if it gets too warm.
