Help oc F4-3200C14Q2-128GTZR on TR 3970x

So I have been trying to oc this kit and had zero luck at all on a MSI Creator TRX40. When I saw the Asus Zenith II Extreme Alpha was back in stock I went and got one and have swapped out. I have been able to oc to 3266 but thats about it, I would like to go to 3600. The sticks are all labeled 04213X8810B so that along with the timings show that it is B die.

In my current timings if I change tRDRD SCL, tWRWR SCL, tRTP, tRDWR, tWRRD or tCKE the system becomes unstable and crashes. I did change the SOC voltage to .975 but all other voltages are left as is so are the Termination Block and CAD_BUS Block settings. I did disable power down mode and enable gear down and things are running 1T.

So been able to get 3533 stable no errors in memtest. My best score in cinebench 16913 was at 3333 but I think tightening things up will change that. Other benchmarks like Timespy did improve a bit. I think I can get 3600 still. Running 1.45v 1.0soc other voltages are on auto still and didn’t change the termination or cad block settings.

So been able to bump it up more to 3733 and have been quite stable.

Running 1.45v and 1.01soc. Can't get tCl 14 to boot just instant fails and goes into a never ending mem test on the board.

Nothing's stable until you've passed 10000% Karhu RAM Test with cache enabled or 20 cycles of TestMem 5 1usmus_v3. Or both.

It ran to 1000% no problem.

According to their FAQ
Error detection rates by test coverage*:

Coverage ≤ 100 %: 64,57 %
Coverage ≤ 200 %: 75,79 %
Coverage ≤ 400 %: 82,68 %
Coverage ≤ 800 %: 91,34 %
Coverage ≤ 1600 %: 96,06 %
Coverage ≤ 3200 %: 98,03 %
Coverage ≤ 6400 %: 99,41 %

So its in the ~93% range tested.

Yeah I always try less before more and go up. It’s been stable on every speed bump at that SOC so haven’t felt the need to change it. May have to for 3800.

You might want to try 1.5v if you have cooling on the RAM or the sticks aren't sitting right next to each other in the RAM slots. I think on samsung b die voltage improves more timings than on other kits so if you could run 14-15-15 or 15-15-15 that would also improve other timings like tras and trc. You would need to disable GDM to get c15 working of course.

I tried 1.5v as well as changing soc, ccd, and iod voltages but cl14 at 3733 won't boot and does the error reboot cycle until max error count is hit and makes me go back to bios to change things. I was able to tweak things and tighten down a few things and these current timings seem to provide the best performance. I have also tried upping voltages and everything to get 3800 booting but can't get it, even tried going as loose as cl22 and no luck.
