3200 cas 16-18-18 vs 3600 cas 16-16-16 in gaming, please help

gamersnexus, buildzoid, and many others OC ram and post FPS results, but they use a 2080 ti at 1080p (unrealistic)

does anyone know how much FPS I would gain at 1440p with everything the same on a more realistic system, say a 2070 super and ryzen 3700x at 1440p high refresh.?

cl 18 3600mhz is basically the same price as cl16 3200mhz so I wouldn't consider 3200mhz an option on Ryzen. As to the performance difference between 18-22-22 and 16-16-16 probably under 5% difference with a 2070super, 1% and 0.1% lows might see a bigger difference.
