I've done some testing today, with 15-15-15-15-30-45 I'm getting errors really soon, with 14-13-15-14-27-41 first error after almost 40 min of testing.

Also increase soc to 1.075 and tRFCs to 283-210-129, nothing really changed.

Should I try higher ram voltage? like 1.5?

+1 correct
The IMC is the same after all.
Matisse should do >3800 but PCIe 4.0 seems to crash and suffer, soo the hardlock is at 1900 there
3800 on 2nd gen is possible if very condition is right and procODT is low
Else 3734MT/s is possible on 80% of the units

Spent all the day touching all the timings and voltages, I think my 2700x can't handle over 3466, no metter what.

So, instead of setting an higher clock, should I try to tighten the timings for 3466? I know b-die scale with voltage, how far should I go for a 24/7 usage?

Allright I'll give it a shot, but for now tRCDRD wants to stay only at 15, even with 1.5v

You shouldn't need 1.5v for 3500MHz. 1.42 usually is enough. Your timings are probably too tight especially on the secondary side. I can get lower latency running CL16 vs CL14 depending on the rest of the timings. You can also limit bandwidth by going to low. Your tRFC of 283 seems low for higher speeds.

For most of the timings I've followed the calculator, made minor tweaks to make it fully stable.
The max voltage in the program was 1.43, but my kit works flawlessly only at 1.46, even if is 3600 1.35 rated, might be my cpu idk

1 error at 900%, could it be voltage related?
