Just remove the fan connector. It's a reference pcb. I don't believe any company will redo a current block over such a small change on a card that isn't the most popular model by any means.

Email ek they do not monitor this section anymore they dumped ocn forum support because they could handle the heat

I messaged EK support on the 28th of January about support for the Gigabyte 2080 ti gaming OC and they said that they will be having a new revision of their normal GPU blocks (Vector?) that has the cutout for the fan header. The classic fc 2080 ti water block already has the header cutout but it is only available in the USA at the moment.

Haven't gotten an ETA on the updated block yet, but we are making some changes to be a little more inclusive of designs.
