Has anyone had success making a samsung nvme drive the boot drive on an HP z620 workstation? I can get as far as loading Windows on the disk, but can't figure out how to make the nvme drive show up in bios as a boot drive.

Hoping for any suggestions at this point.

Hi, just for the reference, bios from the z620 model doesn't have a any kind of nvme support, its rather older system, thats why it doesn't see your disk. But there is a working solution for this, just look for some guides about booting from external bootloader (from usb drive or something) which can see a nvme ssd drive and boot from it (cornfirmed working on z620 with pci-e nvme patriot hellfire 250gb)
