That graphics card is ~20% slower than the intel integrated graphics on that cpu. The driver for the card is no longer updated or supported on newer versions of windows 10 iirc. A new GDDR5 GT 1030 card is 2.5-3x faster.

You can use that cpu with GTX1060 6GB no problem. But should not with faster GPUs.
