Should I buy 2018 Newest Flagship Dell Inspiron 5675 Premium

Is this a good Gaming PC? My dad insists on making me buy a prebuilt PC so I don't electrocute my self or damage the parts. ???? After searching I found this PC. Do you think this is a good purchase, or should I keep looking elsewhere, or do you have a better suggestion? I'm searching for an 800 US dollar PC or lower by the way, and this seems to be a good configuration.

Here's the link to the computer I've found. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B078QFD5ST/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1HNC035CZ2MR5&psc=1#im mersive-view_1546801410020

I know it has a 128GB SSD inside but I have an SSD around 500GB that I can put inside it as well to increase capacity.

To answer your question no it isn't a good deal.

This is what I threw together just clicking and searching through Amazon. Better deals can probably be had on Newegg also. Its a Ryzen 5 2600, decent B450 motherboard, 16GB of ram, 8GB RX570, 256GB M.2 drive that is wayyyy faster than that 128GB. If you build a even closer model to the Dell it would be even cheaper and that would cover the installation cost of someone installing everything. A year or so ago when everything was wayyyy overpriced prebuilt made sense but now that everything is starting to bottom out custom built is the way to go.

Thanks for your help. I will consider building a PC myself.

If you're going to buy prebuilt you're better off with Cyberpower, at least you get to decide what goes in it.

► Recommended GPU Projects: [email protected] , [email protected] (FP64) (AMD moreso) ► Other notable GPU projects: [email protected] (Nvidia), GPUGrid (Nvidia) ► Project list

Lots of videos on youtube that can help you build a PC. Check out this guy channel, he builds PC's all the time. https://www.youtube.com/user/CareyHolzman/videos

You can save money by creating your own Windows 10 Pro 64-bit USB boot drive by using window media creation tool. I recommend buying a 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive do it with. That way you can add a Setup folder that contains all of your motherboard drivers setup files you need after formatting. You can buy Windows 10 Pro 64-bit cdkey on ebay or other sites that sell cdeys. I did that back in 2017, no issues at all with my cdkey.

One good thing with pre built systems, you don't have to trouble shoot it yourself. Some companies that sell pre-built systems only give you a 1 year warranty on the parts.

A 4 core CPU in 2019? No way, huge limitation IMO.

Building computers is very easy, look at all the ******* we have around here that managed the task.

Also, how is it flagship if it has 8gb ram and a 4 core CPU? You could buy a used 4790k rig with a 1070TI and have 2x the gaming performance.
What are your goals with this PC exactly? That makes a huge difference.
