Update no.1

In order to fit 250mm reservoir, with 280x, cutting was necessary. I destroyed 6 blades of this cheap saw.

This is how I did it:

I also made holder for res, now from a thicker aluminum and painted it white.

14-4-2

Perfect fit! Between GPU PCB and res is about 0.5mm of space.

CranBerry CM 690 II

But now a shroud wouldnt fit.... what should I do now?

CranBerry CM 690 II

Rolled my best aluminium friend around res.

CranBerry CM 690 II

CranBerry CM 690 II

Made a hole for res holder.

Grand finale shots in all it's glory:

Res can be mounted now.

Close enough mounted pump:

CranBerry CM 690 II

Made a hole for tubing...

Tubing can now be ran accoss:

Give me some feedback. For now, it's like I imagined in dreams it will be smile.gif

Nice mod! I am a huge fan of stickerbombing and I can't believe I didn't think of that for my build yet... Keep up the good work

I dream big but lack the budget.

Time for my first sleeving job!

CranBerry CM 690 II
This is what was inside my first package. Too big heatshrink, 8mm, only 10meters of 4mm sleeve and no ATX pin removal tool. I tried to do some improvisation with stamples, but a no-go. So I ordered ATX pin extractor tool(it came with molex extractor too) and 15meters of 3mm sleeve which it's very low quality...

CranBerry CM 690 II

Bent stample with a hammer.

CranBerry CM 690 II

Just push the stample on the each side of a pin.

CranBerry CM 690 II

After 6 long hours pin removed. Then I decided to buy pin extractor.

CranBerry CM 690 II

At first I thought it will be so much easier with proper tool, but it wasn't. Although after one extension, extracting became easier for me. Pic shows preparation for one 8pin PCI-E extension.

CranBerry CM 690 II

Attempt no.1

All cables sleeved.

CranBerry CM 690 II

24 cables lined together.

CranBerry CM 690 II

A lot of cables!

CranBerry CM 690 II

Moving on top panel cable sleeving. This is how u remove pin's on this connector.

Let the pictures speak for themselves.

Molex extractor tool came very handy.

Made it.
