I'm planning to re-make the waterpump inlet pipe from the GPU that's crooked as hell.... just haven't had time to do it yet.

I've been playing around with a few stress tests to see how this thing will do.. so far if i run Prime95 for the CPU (4.2ghz) and Furmark for the GPUs at the same time after about an hour i'm seeing 52C for the CPU and 33C for the GPUs (25C ambient room temp). I really wish someone local was really knowledgeable on OCing to help me push this stupid thing. I'm basically watching youtube videos and playing around with it right now. What are the best tests to run on this thing anyway??

So how much OC were you able to get out of your chip? Also did you get the full desk mounted?

My wife said "It's me or the computer!" I still miss her.

Hello all, sorry, had an unexpected move and forgot about this post. It's purring along at 4.2 according to CAM.. i'll run some other programs to see if they show anything different. It is mounted in a temporary home at the moment as that i haven't moved back to my home country yet. Being my first computer build.... i've learned a lot of things.... "Mongo" is an absolute PITA to work on. It is not user friendly when you need to change stuff as that the glass top weighs about 125lbs and the HDD racks put the connectors too close to the back wall... i've broken 2 HDDs connectors trying to swap them at this point.... not happy.

It's running fairly cool 45-65C for being on 24/7 in the middle east and transcoding 6-10 plex movies at any given time. I'm happy with the way it performs, it's just too hard to work on.

That being said... i stumbled across a network rack last night for $50.... "Mongo Jr" is coming soon.

so.. after playing around with the 60cmX45cm 9U rack for a little while, i decided that i wanted to integrate my whole house and security camera system into it. So... i bought a 60cmX60Cm 18U rack. Pretty cheap here locally after doing lots of checking around. Got it for about $140.
Converted a 10" shelf into a HDD rack for the very bottom... initially i was looking into hotswap bays but too hard to get here and too expensive. Holds 14 HDDs and 2 SSds
