H2O Cooled Raijintek Styx + Xeon CPU + (2) RX Vega 56 Nano crossfire GPUs

Welcome to my fully water cooled dual GPU Raijintek Styx project. The goal is a powerful, yet quiet and versatile computer (both windows and mac OS) in a micro atx form factor.

Question 1: Does anyone know of a good low profile and flexible PCIe x4 extension cable that will fit in this slot between the gpu's? I ask because my bykski water block covers the edge portion of the slot, but it looks like a slim-flexible-low-profile riser cable of some kind could fit. I need this for the NVME SSD I want to add. Any part suggestions would be most appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: Xeon e5-1680 v2 (8 core cpu) @ 4.5Ghz + XSPC copper water block
MOBO: Asus Rampage Gene IV
GPU: 2 Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 56 Pulse cards (in crossfire mode @ pci 3.0 x 16 speeds) + Bykski water blocks
RAM: 32GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical DDR3 1600mhz (1.35v model) @ 2133Mhz
SSD: Adata Raid 0 1TB SSD's
nvme SSD: To be determined
Intake Fan: 140mm Prolimatech case fan at bottom of case below water pump.
Radiator 1: Alphacool Nexxxos XT45 180mm radiator (top)
Radiator 2: Alphacool Monsta 120mm (Bottom)
Pump: Koolance PMP-450s @ 12 volts + Koolance housing + 80mm tall (60mm diameter) reservoir
