Ryzen 5 1600 AF build

Case is the Matrexx 30. Cable management isn’t very good, so I’ll come back to it. Needs GPU, and storage, and it’ll be done.

Any other advice or tips?

This is going to be a sub $650 build.

- Put the tiny Wraith Spire switch to High Mode, so you get the full PWM Range
- Install ASRock Polychrome in the future, to update the RGB firmware ~ fixes some sensoring issues with ASRock boards
- Read out Ram with Thaiphoon Burner, so you know what you'll be running and which SOC voltage you'd need to run
- =//= SOC voltage ~ don't keep it at over 1.1 usually 12nm needs in the 1.025-1.05v region (depends on memory speed and IC)
- If you want to be fancy and know you have a good chip, flatten out both IHS and CPU Cooler as one is Concave, the other Convex (strongly optional)

Storage advices depend on the current spend $ and the location + usecase
Same for the gpu

I suggest a 1T M2 drive. For the gpu, fastest card that does not require power from the the psu or at most an 8 PIN.
