so i decided to make a led switch for my xclio windtunnel. This involved removing the fan blades and removing the pcb. I was unable to remove the pcb but i think i can still get to the part that i need without. I am ready to order the switch and get it working. but sadly my fan has stopped working. I put the blades back on and the fans wont stay in place now. They push them selves into the grill. It starts with a few nicks on the grill them it gets stuck and stops all together. Since the windtunnel is based around the side fans i would like to get that up and running. any ideas on how to keep the fan blades in place?

if only. there is no clearance between the fan and the grill its a ridiculous design flaw by xclio. There were some washer liek things but putting those back on doesnt help any.
