You might double-check with some other tool like CPU-Z, but my gut feeling is that HWiNFO is correct here.

Yup, this now makes sense. Gear Down mode is active. Tried to push to Cash 14 but too many errors.

Ok managed to get to 3600Mhz C14. This true latency is much better than 3733Mhz C16, yet when using Ryzen DRAM calc to do a latency test, i get 67ns for the 3733 C16 and 70ns for the 3600Mhz C14. Doesnt make any sense at all. The 3600Mhz is clearly faster at C14.

Can someone please shed some light?
Thanks

I just recently updated my HWiNFO from version 6.12 to 6.14 with the installer. Now I'm missing one of the two sensors I keep in my System Tray. I have both "GPU Temperature" readings there.

Now it appears that HWiNFO is only seeing GPU #1 and is at least not seeing the temperature of GPU #0.

Any ideas?

Looks like some mess in order of sensor items. Try to do a "Restore Original Order" from sensor settings/layout.

Hi guys, all good?

One question, is there a way to save my current sheme? Like, colours, bold, italic, positioning of the rows and the ones I hided, etc? So in case of formating the pc I could just save and then load after installation?

I think when you open the program, click on settings, then in there look for "Back-up User Settings". It will make a register file. When and if you need it you just open it, and it will add it to the registry. You should be good to go unless you change some hardware or something. BTW, I save my back-ups in a couple of spots just in case I delete them...lol

Okay! Thanks. The reason I never found out is cause one of the settings seems to be kept upon format, "auto start", and that is the reason I'm not able to reach the settings option, when I execute HWiNFO it goes straight to the sensors. Any idea?

Try the portable version....it doesn't install anything.

After you open it and have your layout like you like it back it up. I don't install it. I just keep the portable version and when I open it, I right click on it and pin it to my task bar.

You also may try the task manager in the start-up section. If it's listed there, disable it...or you can kill it if it auto starts, find it on your computer and run the exe from the folder and see if it will open where you can get into the sensors/settings page.
