After you open it and have your layout like you like it back it up. I don't install it. I just keep the portable version and when I open it, I right click on it and pin it to my task bar.

You also may try the task manager in the start-up section. If it's listed there, disable it...or you can kill it if it auto starts, find it on your computer and run the exe from the folder and see if it will open where you can get into the sensors/settings page.
That's the version I always used, portable. I don't really remember turning the option auto-start on after formatting the pc, but the only solution was editing the file HWiNFO64.INI, which was harder to remember that it is in the folder there than editing it.

Thanks for you trying to help

Auto start of HWiNFO is managed via Windows Task Scheduler, you can adjust it there too.

could it be, that the new version reads a higher SOC power consumption Watt than the older beta? Like 2-3Watt more?

+3.3V is usually labelled as +3.3V, alternatively 3VSB or VCC. Exact layout depends on mainboard/sensor chip used.

I have both 3vsb and 3vcc which would be the most accurate one? I am thinking its 3vcc as that reads closest to my DMM reading of 3.314v..here is a screenshot.

3VSB is the Stand-by voltage.
