So when you say failing, you mean it never reaches 97% "FPS stability" for any of the UL Benchmark (Futermark) tests?

I found this article on Futuremark's website about the tests: https://benchmarks.ul.com/news/check...k-stress-tests

It seems to be saying that if your GPU is power/clock throttling by a large amount then it might affect your average. You could also try turning off speedstep and/or putting Windows into high performance power mode.

But the fact that only a single stick of ram is showing up could also be the issue, as single channel is much worse than dual channel.

DDR2 Frequency 1st Place = 910.1MHz DDR (1820.2MHz) - http://hwbot.org/submission/3589779

Reference Frequency 11th Place = 711.18MHz - https://hwbot.org/submission/3978447_

Just like Noxinite said, my RX Vega 64 never passes when it's at stock. Once I undervolt I always get 99%+ since it runs at a sustained frequency instead of power throttling. Make sure your card isn't thermal throttling if it is increase the fan speed. If it's power throttling underclock it or undervolt it if you plan to try to reach the highest sustained speed.
