This looks very cool! I will get setup on some platforms and start running this for fun! Do you have a spreadsheet started for the scores? You could take things a step further and make some criteria for 'submissions', maybe simple rules like hwbot?

I might run this on my 7700K in the next few days, might be fun. Haha. 😄

DDR2 Frequency 1st Place = 910.1MHz DDR (1820.2MHz) - http://hwbot.org/submission/3589779

4x is not enough, here is 16x attached If you want to see the render animation you need high resolution display. The scores don't scale, such as 10x more pixels doesn't make score 10x lower but less than 10x lower.
You only need to edit 2 numbers but even 2 characters altogether would do, all the rest is unnecessary bloat.

And here is minimal 0x as screenshot, yes the great cheatermark:

Hihi :-),
I got 5K monitor so for me no problem, but I am looking for option to scale down the render area so we could do "Stress" option with x16+ or Loop option :-).

I don't know, I've only skimmed the code and didn't know the bench is that open and easy to modify. Makes it pretty pointless for any serious comparisons when anyone can cheat if they have a notepad or any simple text editor >_<

It didn't run super long at 10x. And there are indeed files in the OP archive that are unedited and only take up file space (larger download than necessary). You can run a comparison of vanilla vs moded bench to see what files you need to include in the "patch archive" if you forget what you edited.

Didn't find resolution of the shown image but I found finally where the score is made:

And OCN upload seems broken right now...

Seriously, Intel going to all this trouble with a chiller when 1 line change would give them a nice score on any machine

I didn't wanted to talk about it since it gonna start code editing for easy score boost as you saw, this is why I had to include the modified textures since they affect the score, I did so to make the bench little bit harder since I could not make bigger scene because of the user display resolution(Org texture ~ 570 point for 2700X vs 460) :-).
This is why I don't take seriously any "Leaked" CB Bench score of upcoming CPU anymore since we could make it to show what we like.
P.S- I also manage to make the GPU bench scene to be edited, like you get the interface shown and you could move the objects in the scene lol.

Yes ultimately there is the whole source of it to edit and recompile, too much work
Can change anything in there even the code of it.

I don't know how HWbot manages their scores, but if there is no file checking and process manipulation detection then it's a fest for the crafty ones. That's where benches with online validation can be a little more protected against tampering.
