3770 non k overclock

Hello everyone, sorry for the blurry picture I was pretty excited. I've managed 4.45 ghz all core at 108.75 bclk. I plan to go higher with some things changed but what do you think?

wouldn't run it daily since SATA and PCI-E are linked to BCLK but neat nonetheless. Most boards without an external clock gen (none did pre-Skylake AFAIK) usually didn't do more than ~5%.

Intel i9 9900K Coffee Lake @ X8 5309mhz (+47.5%)
AMD FX-8320 Vishera @ X4 5022mhz (+43.5%)
Intel i5 4690K Haswell @ X4 5013mhz (+43.2%)
AMD X4 960T Zosma @ X6 4870mhz (+62.3%)
Intel i7 6700 Skylake @ X4 4709mhz (+38.5%)
Intel i5 6400 Skylake @ X4 4588mhz (+69.9%)

This is purely an emulation machine (so I don't mind pushing it to it's death if necessary) and I'm hoping to stabilize it at an even higher bclk, it's prime95 stable at 106.99 but haven't got it past that. With a trimmed down version of windows 7 I think it will be a bit better. I'll update this weekend with all the changes I make. My board is a Z77-D3H which has an msata slot on it.. I wonder if that would be more stable/less taxing for sata/pcie lanes than a HDD?

you won't kill anything, you just might lose access to storage or possibly corrupt data. I didn't play with it much since when I was on Z97 I had a K SKU but for me I lost boot devices only until I backed off and I never corrupted anything.

either way if it's not a system you rely on then no worries

mSATA still uses the SATA bus, it would have the same issues as a SATA drive since it goes through the same bus.

afaik the main issue with raising the PCI-E bus frequency from 100 is due to cross talk, not really so much that devices can't handle it. you might have better luck using PCI-E storage but I really have no idea.
