Like with the EVGA X299 Dark... Oh wait, it does not have RGB.

Okay then, like with the Noctua NF-A12x25... Oh wait, they don't RGB.

Well cases then, like the Caselabs... Oh wait.

Fortunately there are still high end products out there that still offer exceptional performance without the childish fairy lights. It's just frustrating to me that the market seems be moving in the wrong direction. Just like - in fact - motherboard VRM heatsinks designed by the marketing department rather than the engineering department.

Yes those don't have RGB but you get my point, mainsteam is flooded with it's just over the top at this point, high end doesn't have it yet, maybe next year though...

VRM heatsinks... yeah they either look pretty and don't work or just seriously lack (like my B350 board).
