Dang, that's big. Pretty cool, but the PPI (67) is not great. I think 90 is the minimum...

Why did they feel the need to go straight to 65"? 40-50 would have been perfect and near half the price.

I'm really astounded that people are complaining about PPI. There are 65" (and larger, for that matter) 4k TVs. They've got identical PPI. You need lower PPI for larger screens, because you won't be as close to them as a desktop.

Or are you really expecting to be 2 feet away from a 65" display, with a corresponding 72 degree FFOV?

This forum has been obsessed with PPI since... forever. It's one of the most useless metrics for practical use, but it's also one of the most brought up.

A very niche market for something like that. Also bad pixel density. Which is fine for console gaming. Which can't even push 4k anyways. But for PC gaming ill pass.

This. I've waited for over a decade for the industry to realize not everyone wants a 27" monitor. So the naturally the only solution is 55"+. I still have my 30" Dell and it still feels larger sitting next to my Alienware Ultrawide. Really wish the industry would build a 30-34" non-ultrawide monitor.

Tbh I got tired of waiting for the 32 that even fell off the road map and I got the x27. Now I got quite a few monitors in my home lol. 27inch 1440p 165 hz gsync swift ips, alienware 120hz 3440x1440 ultrawide, 32inch acer 4k 60hzgsync , 27 inch 4k gsync 60hz. I am not a fan of the 27 inch size (I mean i had the dell 3007fpw when that first dropped in like 2005? So I have had a large monitor for a long time) even though I had 2 of them before I got the predator. However, you can notice 4k at 27 vs 1440p @27. It is significantly sharper. After staring at the x27 for a few months, I feel like the alienware and my 32 4k are just not crisp? Granted I would slowly adapt back if they just released a 32" 4k hfr hdr panel.

People complaining about PPI: Really? Are you honestly planning on using this less than a foot away from your face like a standard monitor? Given the size I assumed it would be at a reasonable distance like you would a TV.

That being said, I think the price is what will sink this thing. LG is even supposed to come out with 120Hz OLEDs this year and if their price is similar to the previous models then their 65" will still be cheaper than this.

There are no problems, only solutions I have yet to enunciate.
