The bias towards NVIDIA is shameless to the point of puke.
TPU's review is not much better, they say

Very energy efficient in gaming
when peak gaming is at 361 W and total is at 407 W but that doesn't get a mention in cons. In fact the list of cons is so short and the pros is so long I wonder why we don't run immediately to the nearest tech shop.

I mean RTX money discussion aside, once we opened up that box, I had a smile on my face from ear to ear. It's hard for me to get truly excited about hardware, I've seen and tested it all you know. But yeah, the Lightning Z immediately will give you that x-factor feel.
At least he let us know that he wasn't able to do a level headed review. The x-factor is pretty important with a product that doesn't seem to separate itself from the pack in any other way. For me the x-factor was puke inducing gold accents.

I am waiting for EVGA Kingpin version before I make a decision, although it probably makes more sense to wait for next-gen HDMI 2.1 GPU to get that variable refresh rate HDMI 2.1 OLED TV's.

With a 1080ti, I wouldn't give RTX a second look, honestly, but that's just my opinion, and based on my situation alone. If you're having doubts, you're probably better off waiting for whatever comes next. It feels as though we might see new hardware before the year is over.
