Eh Corsair ML fans aren't as good as Be Quiet Silent wings 3 High speed (about $20 each) or Noctua's new NF-A12x25 (pricey at ~$30 each).

(Also note the generational improvement from NF-F12 to NF-A12x25)

The RGB fans in the Boreas kits appear to be sleeve bearing by the spec sheets. Performance should be closer to $10 Be Quiet Pure Wings 2 (rifle bearing) that were included with the Be Quiet / Alphacool AIOs rather than the ball bearing EK Vardars.

If you look at NF-A12x25 noise as a function of RPM it isn't as impressive as the dB/CFM (noise vs airflow through radiator) which is really what matters.

Yeah planning out the fan arrangement will be tricky but if I drop $1700 on storage upgrades what's $300+on cooling it till the custom loop is planned lol.

You could probably piece together something better, true, but I definitely see the appeal of buying a box with everything you need.

It is what it is.

I wish Delta, SanAce and Sunon 140x38mm fans were available at $30 each.
