Anti Monopoly laws outside of the united states? Yeah.
Both Intel and Mellanox are from US. Since the break up of old traditional rail, telco etc. companies, US has not done anything to stop this monopolistic madness we see in tech today from US companies and corporations.

Hard to argue with that koolaid when Intel repeatedly buys up competition for no reason other than to take them off the market. It's perfectly reasonable to wish a competitor to pressure Intel in hopes that it reduces their leverage / ability to do things like this.
