The only thing more supportive than spreading Jensen's words is buying 2080ti's.

They seem pretty invincible, AMD has the node advantage and their high end gaming GPU is still 34% slower than nVidia's. nVidia already showed prices of their Turing would of stayed relatively the same if they didn't include Tensor cores/RT Cores.

GTX 960 - $199
GTX 1060 - $249(20% more CUDA cores than the GTX 960)
GTX 1660 - $219(10% more CUDA cores than the GTX 1060)
GTX 1660 Ti - $279(20% more CUDA cores than the GTX 1060)

At least they "crushed the competition" according to Raja Koduri

I don't disagree that nVidia has the edge over everything AMD, but most games are skewed in favor of nVidia GPUs and have been for a very long time.

Just like most of them fare better with Intel over AMD until Ryzen, which keeps things interesting.

And the fact that both have the market as well as mind share over AMD, well they should be turning out the best products possible for the amount their MSRP ranking enters at per card/CPU. I honestly don't mind Intel getting involved. So let's see what they do in the market compared to nVidia. Especially when they're head hunting talent from both teams.

I am really starting to feel my Oats as a long time member of OCN. Why did we go back to this system again?

Not really news more common sense then anything
Or we could just... you know, play the capitalist game for our team instead of theirs, and stop buying nvidia...

That works as long as the team you want to support actually sells something you want to buy. Most of the cards that AMD and Nvidia sell are worthless to me. If the GTX1660 and RX590 were $20 they would still be $20 more than they're worth. I snagged an RVII because it was something worth buying, but it's the only one they sell that I think is worth buying.
