unless he has an army of kids, each one with kb, m, headset, mat, laptop... uhhhh toaster then all 30 devices would get used regularly.

i also stated its possible this has changed. I haven't given them a dime since 2012, or earlier.

their reputation went into the toilet, and those of us that've been around for awhile remember it, n those of us that remember it refuse to give them another chance... Then some folks simply don't want to deal with virus tier software for their mice, or any kinda software. If the mouse can't do whats advertised via onboard solutions, it's garbage.
Actually ya, lol.

So devices that get used everyday.

I have a Razer blade 15 (I also have a Stealth, that I just replaced that and one of my desktops with the 15 and a Egpu), wife has a Stealth.

I have a Razer Phone 2, Wife has a 1.

I have 3 Razer headsets (don't get used much but) wife has 2 she uses all the time.

Wife has a Razer speaker (Levithan I think).

I have a Black widow Tournament for my Blade, on a Desk, and a ultimate for my backroom PC. Just replaced old Mamba with new Mamba for said blade, and my wife's same thing. I have a death adder for backroom PC. I have Razer Core V2, Firefly, and Headset stand also for the blade. I also have Orbweavers for both PCs.

The Family PC has Razer Black widow ultimate non chroma. And a Death adder, and Razer Krakens that my kids use. My daughter has her own pink Razer Krakens.

Our Xbox has 2 Razer Wolverines, our Harmony hub uses a Razer Turret (for the shield and stuff), we Also have 3 more Razer Wolverines, 1 at all 3 PC Desks.

I'm not sure if that's exactly 30 this is the first time I have really listed it all and it's all off the top of my head lol. However most of that stuff sees quite a bit of use. If it breaks we replace it, usually it breaks due to our doing.

I think the biggest thing why Razer gets a bad rap, is the "Bad QA" and we do have stuff fail, however Razer is always quick to replace when it does, and it's not bad QA it's sheer quantity. The amount of every Product sells is easily 5-6x that of Logitech. More products sold = more chance for Failures. There is also bugs they don't catch right off, but will a month or 2 after release.

Idk, we like Razer obviously lol. I had the first Death adder, when Razer was still small and little known. Then a Nostromos, and Electra's. After I got my Electra's and my wife tried them, and they sounded better and had more bass then her Beats, she became a Razer fan too. It snowballed from there.

It's funny I showed my wife the Toaster and she said "Yep, about time, they would be smart to break into Home automation" we are just starting to get into Home Automation ourselves, and a Razer one would be cool. They should expand like Mac, I would rather buy Razer over Apple. I would really love a Razer TV, as in my experience Razer actually listens to their fans. We have to have a Apple TV and a Sheild to cover the ability to stream 4k/Atmos and watch our Rips. Which is ridiculous but niether device cares to fix the holes. So both are needed.

Hope its better quality the the last 3 things I got from razor, You couldnt pay me to take a death trap like that. Had always been a razor fan until my last upgrade of headset/mouse/keyboard.

Head set didnt last the month before head band broke. RMA got denied because appantly it was user damage. Paid the $20 to get it shipped back to me, Glued it up, Lasted another week then broke 3cm along from where it was glued.
Glued it again, broke again another 5cm along the head band. Gave up and went back to my 5 year old head set which is in perfect condition and was a model known for breaking.

Mouse lasted 1 week before thumb ruber fell off. RMA denied because appantly "was removed by user picking at it". Asked support to include new rubber and ill just glue it on myself which they aggred too.
Paid the $20 to get it shipped back to me. They didnt include a rubber.

Keyboard lasted DOA, "A" key gets stuck down and random keys press themselfs. Support gave me a updated firmware to try, Didnt fix it. Tried RMA, denied because firmware had been changed. Told them there support advised me to update firmware and forwarded emails. They stopped replying and wont even send defective keyboard back.

I'm sorry but this all sounds very odd.

What headset was it?

Why do you need new rubber if it wasn't picked at? If it just came loose then why not glue it back? Because you picked at it right? Pieces of the rubber didn't fall off without being picked off. The rubber may have came lose, which led to you picking at it. However I am with Razer, it sounds picked at.

No offense but I would have to be with Razer on the headset too. Headset bands don't just snap from being defective. Something happened, it was sat on, bent too hard something, that's not a QC issue. Not after a week anyway. After months of use, yes the plastic can get weak in spots and snap with barely any flex, but a week I'm not buying it. Especially when they replaced snapped headbands with a cut cord picture months after purchase.

I'm not sure what's up with your keyboard, however seeing your other 2 examples are obviously half truths, I don't really care.

My Razer Kraken headset band snapped within weeks of new after sitting on a headphone stand for 99% of the time I owned it. It was hardly used and most certainly never sat on or abused. I treated it the same way I handle my pair of Sennheiser HD6XX's, which is to say like it cost me a bundle of money.

There is a common internal adjusting band among models and these models have a defect with weak plastic near an already thin area. It's not rocket science that this would break and AFAIK it has been fixed with new models.

Sounds like you have been blinded from reality by all the RGB.

Man-O-War headset. Google is filled with the same storys, Theres even posts on Razors forums about it and some comments from razor support that first gen had weak plastic. It was in no way abused and lived on its stand when not in use. Found the break in it when cleaning it which I do with my head sets every night before putting on charge, Was just a hair line crack at that point when sent back to them.

Rubbers never fallen off any other mouse iv had. Wasnt picked at thats just a sorry excuse to get out of a claim by them, There support are the ones that said to send it back in other wise I would of just glued it back on myself.
Again a quick serach of google shows many many people with same issue and razor acknowledging that they used a bad blend of glue in there support forum on this model. Then they just go a deny your claim when you send it in.

Keyboard issue google is filled with people with the same issue as well and have had the exact same experience when they tried to warranty it.
Theres a reason razor gets a hard time from people now days and its because they have gone from a premium company to a low quality company that charges premium prices.

Im usually very forgiving to companys and had been a long time razor supporter buying my first mouse from them in 2005 then upgrading ever 2 years.
Before these 3 products I haddnt had a single issue with there stuff and still have older stuff that works fine.
But after 3 issues in a row and them not supporting there products they have lost me as a customer for life.
