Amd gpu are a joke !!
I Dont see AMD Catching up on Nvidia on the high end video cards like the 2080ti. I dont know why they cant match the 2080ti perfomance and its been a year already.
We need competition on high end card . We need price to go back to normal at $699 or $799 for card like the 2080ti.
Anyway if the New top Gpu from Nvidia Ampere its coming in 2020 for more then $899 then i'm done buying nvidia card for real and i will only play on consoles.

Its really its betting to expansive

Navi was the last hope to destroy the monopoly.... I never bought a AMD gpus and i'm a Nvidia fan... But I'm also fan of my wallet.... The failure of Navi could rappresenta the failure of pc gaming

I bought AMD Cpu Last time and will buy only amd cpu for now on bc of intel crazy pricing need to stop.

But i cant buy Amd Gpu . There are too behind. I still have the 1080 that perform that same as the new Radeon 7 and the 2080.

So if Nvidia Gpu market doesnt change it will affect people to buy cpu aswell bc to be honest if i have to spend $799 for a 2080 or 4080 gpu in the future i this point i just buy a console for 499 or 599 which will have the same performance.

Nvidia strategy its failing and will fail if they price the coming gpu flagship over $899. People will be pS5 or xbox scarlett which have amd cpu and gpu and i will be happy to help Amd.

that's pretty short sighted statement.

it's all a joke until after the consoles, not sure when folks will realize this. Why would AMD shoot their consoles in the foot by releasing epic, ground breaking, cheap hardware just before it comes out?

R.I.P. Zawarudo, may you OC angels' wings in heaven.
If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.

could you please expand on that. What do you expect and what do the release of the late 2020 consoles have to do with discrete graphics cards for desktop gamer?

The Xbox One and PS4 both released November 2013 and used GPUs from early 2012. I think somewhere between the 7790, 7850 and 7870 ~. Probably custom chips with disabled CUs.

How does that all relate? Do you know something that we don't? Do you have any knowledge about Nvidia/AMD products from 2021+ ?

Yeah... You can thank the mindless drones always buying nVidia even when it's a worse deal. I'm glad AMD is not playing the charity game anymore. Maybe, people will finally wake up and spend their money more consciously.

WAIT A MINUTE so you getting an unlocked factory 2080Ti now with 16gbps?? thats not already achievable on 2080Tis non bios flash?

10% over current rtx thats not already achievable with a mild overclock>? im sorry but its hard to digest this paraphernalia lately on intel TDPs or nvidia whoever wants to eat first XD

They still aint buying their product like they think trying to create a new price bracket for rtx line it aint happening...

That seems like a whole lot of shake up if those leaks are true. I'm not really buying it but we'll see soon enough.

I think he's referring to the ray tray tech that will be in the next gen consoles. It aint ready (or AMD is holding back) for this iteration of Navi, but will be for the next version.
