Yeah its strange, you would think Friday is the day to release things (movies being a Thursday night thing now for "preview" with the full blown day being Friday).
But anyways yeah in the US especially in the bible belt its a day of church but screw that release your goods when you feel like it.

No official reviews still from people that I care about... I hope we get some goods by this afternoon. 739am EST as of this post.

I have a big bang house. I had all the materials for my new house brought in and dumped on a vacant lot. I took a stick of dynamite, lit the fuse on fire and tossed it into the pile of materials. BOOM went the explosion and when the dust settled I had a new house! Amazing isn't it?

What do you recon will happen to current Ryzen line up as so far they kept selling 1000 and 2000 series at once. I guess 1000 series will be gone soon but 2000 will remain. Though if they need to keep volume with GF for even longer they might spit out 1000 series for some markets at least.

It will be interesting to see more in depth testing of how 2 dies impacts performance/latency. 3950X = 2950X on AM4, 3900X = 2920X on AM4.

I think the biggest kick and hurt Intel will get will be with Threadripper/Epyc where the amount of cores from AMD will be too much for them to compete with.
