That's pretty disappointing TBH and I don't think those prices will be what they actually sell for.

People expecting games... that does happen in some regions with some cards from selected sellers, yeah that bad, it's often very selective of region, brand/AIB even shops where to buy, retail vs bulk, etc. So don't count some imaginary games into GPU value unless you want all those games and would buy them otherwise and would buy such bundle from a shop even if it's more expensive than bought elsewhere without the games.
Selling games/codes from GPU purchases also isn't that easy as not many people want to buy that stuff especially when it gets spammed for sell by everyone who has bought a new GPU. Expect eBay etc. to be flooded with Xbox game passes.

Someone will do it sooner or later.
I wonder if those access passes will only be one-time use per account? Meaning, you can't buy 10 n stack them together... If so though, I'm in. That's already only $45 worth of stuff, so folks will be selling it for $25-$30.

I've been watching this guys rants on Navi. He has a point in this video. Vega 56 can be had for 250-300 right now if you're willing to go open box, $300 other wise. Tampered with it seems very compelling from my standpoint instead of waiting on Navi. Only real issue is a block is another $150.

I saw a refurbished vega 64 on newegg for $320, it was a blower style but it would be great for a water block.

https://hexus.net/tech/news/graphics...august-report/

Quote:
Tech site Fudzilla said it was surprised there were no AMD AiB partner announcements to coincide with AMD's unveiling of the first Navi graphics cards. Probing a little deeper, it is quoting various sources and its headline says that custom Radeon RX 5700 designs won't arrive until mid August "if all goes well". Fudzilla's report sounds reasonable but, standing alone as it does, it might require a little pinch of salt.
So Navi is actually out in August if you don't want a blower since I don't think that waterblocks come out day 1.

Ouch. We all know how the reviews stick with people when AMD releases a card that only has blower versions. They are going to be hot and loud for the rest of their shelf life no matter how much better it gets with custom models.
