I sold my 980ti for around $350

So will EVGA destroy them to get them off the market ? Or will they sell them to far away lands ? Or even give them away to schools ??

Sell them for profit, what else.

Toaster performance right now costs $1200+. Though that Radeon VII at lower price is a good toaster too.

I posted this on my phone (LG V40) caused the same characters to appear, "Like%15This".

Yea, these prices are insane. Not a fan of EVGA. I'm kinda glad I picked up this EVGA 1070ti for 180$ about a year and a half ago, still had the port covers and no dust, looked new. if EVGA is serious about the depreciation they are forcing, then i hope the card I bought fell off a truck. @EVGA not cool bro.

Babies are just something you have to not make die...

So how is it nVidia's fault? EVGA is one of their AIB Board Partners. If ALL of them were doing this then I might be inclined to think that nVidia was the root cause of the issue. But thus far EVGA is the only AIB doing this.

I would feel this way if an AMD AIB Board Partner was doing the same thing. I don't know what EVGA plans to do with those boards but I do suspect they plan to submit all cards to their RMA Facility for warranty stock or RnD for future reference of why these cards continue to work. Who knows? Only EVGA for sure.
