Yeah. I use Wattman for OC and MSI AB just for OSD. Since Vega, it has been pointless to use MSI AB for AMD GPUs.

You can only do so much with MSI AB because you only control the highest DPM. Whatever is possible and tested by AMD will be available via Wattman. Nvidia in the other hand is different. For them, you use Evga as a reference OC tool.

You mean the power limit or the more granular control? I do fine with AB, also not a fan of evga precision.

I have not done a ton of testing but wattman hasn't seem to net me anything better than I get with AB.

I don't think any are available. I doubt anyone has plans to make one for this version. Always stick with reference if you plan to watercool.
