I had one of those Catleap's from way back when. When I got it I was blown away at the resolution and motion quality from my 1080p/60Hz I had come from. I used it 3-4 years actually, but then I got a 4k monitor and was again blown away by how horrible the Catleap 2B looked in comparison. And it sure was nice to get rid of that big fat DVI-D cable and use basic cables I could buy anywhere again.

I want to go to 4K, or even if its only 1440p, have some other aspect of the monitor be a considerable jump up in performance ie: OLED or 144hz/1ms or ELMB or just something to make it worth my while...This monitor is holding me back, I can't upgrade my GPU, until I get a rare AIB card that might have a DVI-D output, which I don't forsee being a thing in this current or next generation of cards.

I just want a 27-32" monitor, that's either OLED, or a Nano-IPS with a ATW Polarizer, microLED back lighting, or a dual layer panel, that also has ELMB, and a Navi based card to run the FreeSync component of ELMB...and is either 4K or 1440p with 144hz (4K-144hz panels are like $3K+AUD here in Australia...too rich for my blood, so I'll probably be stuck on 2560x1440p for another 5-10 years *sighs*)
