Windows runs on anything these days. X86 or ARM. It's always been their plan to have a unified OS that can run on whatever hardware is out there and they're basically at that point now.
But aside from that, Microsoft just released a bunch of devices that are doing new things and what has Apple done? More camera lenses and a touch bar is all that comes to mind, oh and who can forget the $1000 TV stand.
The list of innovations Microsoft has made recently is much, much longer than the list of just things apple has done lately, at all. I believe Microsoft's Surface line alone is selling more than Apple computers at this point.
I gotta give you credit on how clear you make your Biases. From the OP of this thread to just about every comment you ever make, you always make it clear that you pick sides based on your own preferences and little else and I can appreciate that kind of simplicity. Not everyone can be so consistent.
