IDK how they are supposed to have a prototype running anything more than the latest CPU, when the CPU it will end up with doesn't even exist yet.

You can pretty much convert any Android phone into what ever Microsoft Android abomination will be just by downloading their apps from the play store.
So all other smart phones don't matter because this one that may or may not ever get a release is going to be so much better than them all that the fact that you state misinformation as a result of bias doesn't matter? Is that how you expect me to interpret this as a response to me correcting your bad info?

Why did you even start this thread? What goes through the mind of someone who spends time starting news threads about things they hate? Is posting in the news here just a compulsion for you?

That's correct no other phone matters because they're all the same currently. Essential will be bringing out an incredible AI.

Nope I just posted news regarding Microsoft but you wanted to throw Apple under the bus for no reason. Which I decided to troll you to piss you off because I noticed how easy it is to get to you.

Edit: it will be released https://www.xda-developers.com/essen...y-testing/amp/

Yea, ok kiddo. Comparing Microsoft to Apple is totally out of context, unlike when you compare them to google. I must be crazy.

Also pretty sure "trolling" is a rule violation on OCN, so I would suggest not openly admitting to it. Lucky for you, if this is trolling, it's pretty weak.

For the disagreement, sometimes being more amicable has its value as everybody has knowledge you could stand to learn from.

Exactly. Though we have a local PC repair shop that sells old refurb XP lappys/desktops. They have crazy high prices and yet they do still sell. My aunt bought a single core athlon 64/1gb ddr2 one from them a few years back for $300.

And I worked for a small manufacturing firm with shop floor PC's still running XP as well. Was always a throwback using them and hearing the sounds. Gotta remember to power off before you power off lol.

I've seen it a few times on Dells in the repair depot. Can't MS just implement auto detection and have a single ISO?

They do have a single ISO. Doesn't automatically select between 32 and 64 bit but you have the option to make an ISO with both versions on it when you use the windows 10 media creation tool.

The best solution would be dropping their x86 installers all together. If they can't do that, drop the x86 editions of Home/Pro. Make their x86 installers only available for business/enterprise editions.

Fedora announced they're dropping their 32 bit installer just like Ubuntu: https://fedoramagazine.org/in-fedora...-i686-is-86ed/
