Ahhh my details are incorrect, i nowadays live in poland, mostly used ryzen parts at best are 10% lower than what shops ask for a brand new so as u can see it's not even worth going for used parts here in poland, some prebuilt mobo/cpu/ram combos are often more expensive than brand new ones from shops which i've been calling out on. Some of those adds disappeared after explaining to the sellers that whoever would like to buy such combo they will have knowledge about prices and that they will not sell for such price. Some flipped me off, some ignored, some replied but didnt change their mind and some of them deleted the ads which is my little victory

Cheapest 2700x i found on polish web auction sites goes for 154 gbp

So if you gaming at 1440p or 4k you can buy a ryzen 3600 for $200 and get the almost the same fps as the top end cpu.
We should all thank AMD For that.
