I'm all about the first high end MCM GPU that attempts to target the now dead mGPU market. I'll 100% play that game.

I wonder if Intel will start mcm cpus again soon? They could just say they were emulating the core 2 quad if people complained. There seems to be a market for them.

They did produce the Foveros chip with 3D die stacking in mind. It doesn't have large trace lengths between each chip compared to the 2D variants and may have significantly less latency issues.
